The room was dirty when we arrived. There was pet hair all over the bed and the sheets were stained. Also, it rained over night and the ceiling leaked, ruining some of our personal belongings. ‘I’ll have them look at it.’ Was all they said. No apologies or anything. We won’t be returning.

No soap. Smelled like mold, visible black mold on the ceiling. Roaches. Previous guest drink bottles left in room. Stains on bedding. Toilet in room and in guest lobby would not flush. Guest check in bathroom had no paper towels or soap and trash all over the floor.

They charged me $60 each for my 2 pets pluss $100 deposit on top of everything else and said that they would not return it for 7 to 14 business days. Buildig looked run down and knee high weeds all around building. No entrance from main street. Had to go a block past and cut through another businesses parking lot to get there

Wound up not staying the place was disgustingly filthy smelled of mold and mildew. The sink handle came off in my hand when I went to shut the water off they offered us another room that smelled like a marijuana festival had taken place two minutes before we got there so we decided not to stay and they canceled the reservation and didn’t charge us thankfully, I do not recommend this place.

The property is in a good location but its very run down. They recently completed a renovation but it still seems unkept. The rooms are kind of junky and the exterior of the property is less than desirable. I think if someone put more effort and did some improvements in maintenance, cleaning and updates this would be a decent little place.

The price online was more than doubled at check in. Staff was not very informative as to why. Other than well that's just what it is. Blankets looked like they were dirty. Mold in the bathroom. Could use a lot of extra cleaning.

Walked in and room was covered in stagnant water and horrible toxic black mold. Grass unmowed on property, clearly offered more of a temporary residential setup. Avoid until property can be renovated and made safe.

Staff was very nice, however, room smelled moldy as i walk in. Carpet feels wet & so did sheets. Saw mold in several spots on matress covers underneath the sheets. Couldn't sleep on the bed because of it & slept on the chair. Suffered from alkergic reaction several days afterwords. Didn't talk to front desk personbecause i was so disgusted. Will not recommend or return.

did not like at all!!! room was outdated,and smelled like mildew or something real strong.it gave a headache smelling it all weekend. ac was loud and old. water barely came out of shower head.it was all crusted up. checked the bed for any bed bugs it was clear.but the cover looked like it never got washed had blood stains on top of comforter.and sheet was all stained up top sheet was dirty looking to.carpet seemed damp to bare feet,so i wore my shoes after that when id move around the room. it was just a bad experience.also we was put in a corrider as u call it had no light showing from window it kept us thinking it was night when we woke up.bad way into motel to get to it.all messed up getting to it.

Disappointment/would not stay there again

The room was extremely clean and smelled nice. We had booked a handicap room, which apparently this location does not have what I saw on the website. There was not a walk-in shower and the bath tub was a little slick even with a rubber mat in it. The toilet was very low to the floor with a rail on one side only, making it difficult for a disabled person to lower himself and get up safely. The toilet seat was loose. There were handicap parking spots with a ramp further down the sidewalk, but they were not close to our room. There was only one small trashcan in the room beside the fridge (none in the bathroom or vanity area), with no extra trash bags. When we had called ahead to find out if there was a smart tv, we were told there was not, but there were 50 or 55 inch televisions in all of the rooms. The tv in our room was 32 inch (I know because we have always bought this size for bedrooms). The bedding was clean, but the mattress was lumpy and not comfortable. Overall, it was a nice room just looking at it.
