Sound side balcony view was amazing. Room was clean and decorated beautifully. The check in staff, night staff and day staff were all welcoming, friendly, and I really enjoyed my interactions with them. They also have a very CUTE little library section that you can borrow a book from!! Kids books as well!

The staff were courteous and the room was nice and clean, but the room had a very strong mildew smell to it that was really strong inside the furniture drawer as well

Safe area with sufficient parking spaces, convenient to restaurants. Room was clean; however, the bed's mattress was uncomfortable. First room had no TV remote and one was given by desk attendant but it didn't work. Was relocated to another room with a nice view; mattress was still uncomfortable. No breakfast but room had a kitchenette. Check-in attendant was a bit rude and the checkout attendant was so friendly.

Room was clean, refrigerator was clean inside, however it was dated and stained and gross looking on the outside. Bedspread was thin, pillows small for bed. AC worked, but no used. No pets the room needs painting especially woodwork. Bathroom needs updating and painting.
