We spent over $500 on multiple nights. They closed the pool, fitness center, and all added amenities nearly 2 hours early for no specified reason. This absolutely RUINED our vacation experience that we chose to spend with Best Western. We asked multiple front desk attendants and they couldn’t give a real reason as to why they were closed. Definitely not worth the money you pay for the room. I would not recommend to anyone seeking a fun experience with family or friends. Especially given the rate they want you to pay.

Who idea was it to put pieces of metal under the beds so everytime you move it sounds like someone banging on a sheet of metal!! The worst night ever for everyone! We have stayed here everytime but will not again. The refrigerator doesnt work which I need for my kids medication. Horrible
