It’s a pretty drive to get to the lodge. Trails to walk on. It is an older lodge but it’s clean and well kept. Our room had a balcony that looked out into the forest.

Excellent, I stayed in one of the cottages. It had all modern conveniences and was very quiet and the bed was quite comfortable. I felt safe and room was secure. Cottage had a nice kitchen, living room with fireplace, and a back Porch overlooking the woods. The cottage I was in had 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms . I will definitely be back next time I'm in area the cave tours were amazing and the hiking paths were as well.

Stayed at lodge, loved the front door porch area and back door semi-private porch area overlooking forest. Room was clean, had direct tv, and good wifi. Has a restaurant, i ate at buffet every day. Food and deserts were very good. Lodge is somewhat close to the lake its a short hike from lodge with option to see Smokey arch( land bridge) from below or above. Caught small bass on small beetlespin. I opted for text notifications which kept me updated with cave tours, restaurant hours, and anything i might have requested. I did the x cave tour, which surpassed my expectations, very enjoyable. Note: if staying at lodge there is no elevator for access to top floor rooms. It didnt effect me. Was happy I was in top floor for lodge is wooden and the floors are a little creaky which i think adds to the coolness if the lodge. Enjoyed my stay, would stay again.
