Checkin was a bit lengthy, about 15 minutes. Everything in this hotel is smaller than usual. Lobby is small. Room, bathroom, shower were all quite smaller than expected. Similar hotels rooms in the area, price wise, are bigger. Even the elevator is small n can only fit two people with minimal luggage. This is my first time and probably my last once as well, There are hotels in the area which offer more for the same price.

I went to Morelia to say goodbye to my husband he died July 3. He loved Morelia it was a very rough time. But your employees made it very good for me and my brother. I stayed in central historical hotel. My mind was on my husband and not on anything else. I forgot and left out an envelope of money over 1,000 American dollars and 1,000 dollars in pesos. And amazing Elena who cleans my room found the envelope. Put it in a safe place and didn’t take any money. You have amazing employees. And made a very bad time for me bearable. Thank you

Clean room, although it is in the smaller side. If you stay at rooms facing the main street then they could be noisy throughout the night. However the view below is great.
