I was booked for a room with 2 queen size beds but I know the beds I had where not Queen size. Maybe double. Food was awesome in the restaurant though. Shower could have been better.

I loved the breakfast option at the restaurant next-door. I hated the fact that I reserved a king bed and instead I had two queens in the room. I expected to have the king size bed because that is what I prefer when I made the reservation.

Noisy continuous running toilet. It worked sometimes if you jiggled the nob or took off back lid and released flapper. Several electrical plugs had no electricity to recharge IPhones. Clock did not work. TV remote was sticky! Could hear trucks from Main Street late at night.

When I got to the property and attempted to check in, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for at least 10 minutes and called the property on the phone several times but never got an answer. I almost called the local Police because I was afraid that something was seriously wrong. After getting to the room and turning the TV on i discovered that the e TV remote didn't work.I brought it back to the front desk and the attendant changed the batteries. So when I get back to the room, it still doesn't work. I then attempted to change the channels manually, but then I got nothing. No TV the rest of the night. Then I discovered the toilet didn't work properly. I had to perform maintenance on the water fill system. By then I was just disgusted and went to bed. One of the problems is that it's the only hotel in town. So if you stay in Franklin this is it.
