During cold months please turn heat to 65.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No parking on the grassed areas. The outdoor gas fireplace needs to be turned off if unattended.
The event center rooms, doors and loft are not to be accessed during your stay. This is not a pet-friendly facility you will be charged $150 for pets.
Do not flush paper or toiletries in the toilet. We have a septic and you will be charged for a backup $450. Do not use the water heater closet.
