Welcome to Cozy Lane Cabin! Come enjoy the beautiful mountain views and make memories with your loved ones around the fire or dip your toes in the brand new 6 person hot tub. The cabin offers 3 bed/3 bath with an extra 3 twin beds nestled in the open loft, sleeping 9 people. Fully stocked game room featuring pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, tic-tac-toe, and board games with a 60" TV.
Located close to Lake Blue Ridge and only 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. The cabin is also down the road from the Toccoa River and Tubing company for float trips. Enjoy amazing restaurants in downtown Blue Ridge or stay in and grill and enjoy the Mountain View. Propane is provided. There is a large entertaining area in the back with outdoor games such as corn hole and Hook & Ring game, along with seating around the fire pit. Firewood is provided. The parking area fits 3 vehicles comfortablyThe maximum amount of vehicles on the property is 3 as this is regulated per county ordinance based on the maximum occupancy of the cabin. The parking area is located on an all paved road with easy access all the way to the cabin. There is a strict no parking on the street or roadways near the cabin.
