No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipe, or vape. We'll be charging $300.00 if our cleaning crew detects any traces of smoke.
Fireplace/Firepit: Only use burn approved wood. Don’t use fire starters in the fireplace as it can cause heat the fireplace to extreme temperatures.
