The Space:

Tucked between Blue Ridge and Blairsville, Dogwood Lodge invites you to experience mountain living made easy — and pet-friendly too! With its fenced-in backyard, hot tub under the stars, and cozy fireplaces inside and out, this 4-bedroom retreat offers a stress-free escape for families, friends, and your furry companions.



Step inside to a warm and welcoming living room, where a stone gas fireplace creates the perfect cozy centerpiece (available October through April). Large windows bring in natural light and peaceful wooded views, while the Vizio Smart TV makes movie nights a breeze after your day of exploring the area. Sliding doors open directly onto the back deck, where the hot tub is waiting for you — the perfect place to relax under a canopy of stars.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals and fun family breakfasts, including:

Black & Decker 12-cup coffee maker & Keurig

Pots, pans, casserole dishes & baking sheets

BBQ tools, blender, crockpot, and more

Gather at the dining table for 6-8 guests, with extra space for quick bites at the kitchen island.



The main floor king bedroom offers deck access and a Vizio Smart TV, while a convenient half bath is nearby. There’s also a mud room with a washer and dryer, so you can freshen up your adventure gear anytime.



Upstairs in the loft, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms:

King master suite with Smart TV, private bath, walk-in shower & soaking tub

Two queen bedrooms, each with their own Smart TV

Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo

Getting Around:

Roads are paved and easy to access.

Onsite parking for up to 4 vehicles.

No RVs, trailers, or boats allowed.

Rideshares like Uber/Lyft are limited in this area—we recommend bringing your own vehicle.
