We were given a room close to the elevator. Front desk staff were great. Breakfast was delicious. This is go to place to stay for all of my husband”s cancer treatments.

When first checked in late on a thurs night, we went to room on 4th floor and it was not made up. We went to front dest and we did get a clean room on the first floor. That was the only glitch although it was unexpected.

I didn't like being put on hold for a "brief" time of 25 minutes total, over 3 phone calls. I know that check in is at 3 when I called, but it was inconvenient, rude and disrespectful to a future guest. I did appreciate the fact that the staff helped me stay in the same room, since I had to book an extra day, so that I did not have to move rooms at all.

The room we stayed was not thoroughly cleaned. Dust on the hard surfaces, dried soap on the bottle in the bath, and the comforter is dirty. The management seems lacking. There was trash sitting in the elevator lobby when we checked in. By the time when we checked out, the trash was still not collected!

It Serves Its Purpose

It was an okay hotel. The breakfast was fine, and the location was good for my purpose. I had asked for a room with a view..Well, I was in room 216. I got a view of the awning and the concrete wall in front of it. I saw nothing but concrete. The bed was fine, but the pillows were horrible. I woke up with a stiff neck. Would I stay there again? Probably not, but it served its purpose. It was not worth the price.
