Clean, friendly and definitely worth the money

Very Clean rooms. my fridge didn't work and they offered me another room but I didn't need the fridge, the staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was nice (they had make your own waffles even), other than the road noise (bring ear plugs) my stay there was excellent

All and not terrible. Just makes you wonder when they change the bedsheets. They looked like they were just slept in when we checked in. Was it real comfortable with sleeping in them if you know what I mean?

clean, friendly, but...

The microtel was clean and staff was pleasant. However, it was 9 degrees outside when we arrived and heat was turned off in the rooms. Frigid air blasted out when we opened our door. The heater barely worked. We asked about changing rooms, only to be told there were no other double available, just a suite with a pull out. The pull out sofa had a thin and lumpy mattress, and the door on the suite didn't lock. We asked for extra blankets and to stay in our original room. Our extra blankets were mismatched and full of cigarette burns. The room stayed freezing until the middle of the night when the heater suddenly came to life and it felt like the surface of the sun in our room. We turned the heat down, only for all the heat to immediately disappear due to poor insulation. We did not stay the second night we had booked.

Decent place to lay your head at an affordable rate. Minimal breakfast options but at least there was something considering there really aren't any food options nearby. Overall, the place was pretty darn clean. Shower water was lukewarm at best. It served its purpose. I'll stay there again if something brings me back to that neck of the woods

Great stay

Very friendly staff. Easy parking. Nice breakfast included with lots of juices and coffee and teas and such. Biscuits and gravy for the win. The walls are very thin and we could here everything, including the nerd convention and TV in the lobby. The bathroom could use some work, shower curtain had some mold and overall it was a bit dirty and had peeling paint. Great location across from the federal correctional facility as well as a nice 20 minute or so drive to the Wisp Ski Resort. The gas station down the block has a rad arcade area and some tasty cuisines. I suggest getting involved.
