It's a very well kept property away from hustle and hustle but close to I-68.

It was ok. We had 2 rooms. Neither phone worked. The ice machine and vending machines on our floor were also broken. The housekeeper left an envelope asking for tips. I like to tip them, but that seemed tacky.

We arrived late after a concert, the guy at front desk was friendly. I have a bad knee, he I Put us in a room on first floor right by the the desk. I was so thankful, he was great.

I completed all the pre-check in info through the emails that you sent me prior to my stay. You stated that doing all of this before hand would save time at check-in. I’m not sure if that really helped because that information that I had included in my pre-check-in Somehow could not be found in your computer system when I checked in.

Poor property, will not return

I always hate to have to leave a bad review. I recognize folks livelihoods are often tied up in small businesses in remote areas. but I also rely heavily on reviews of hotels as traveling is part of my job. This property is in serious need of cleaning and updating. I will not return. Our room had clearly not been vacuumed it was littered with dirt. There were bugs (not bed bugs) but bugs. Musty smells, uncomfortable beds. It was very uncomfortable.

No landscaping or mowing done. carpet worn and torn is posts. Door jamb on my room paint chipped and toilet was not flushed. Window seat carpet stained. Seams at bathtub and sink not clean dark lines at seams. The whole Hotel needs a Deep cleaning and painting and new carpet

For the location not bad

Overall not a horrible hotel stay . Could not use wifi even though advertised. The front desk didnt know why. There were water spots on the ceiling and we had a 1st floor room. The toliet was not secure. It wobbled terribly and if you got up too quickly it would hit the wall pretty hard.
