Staff are very friendly and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Room is ordinary but it's generally clean and tidy. Breakfast is very nice with lots of food variety and much local produces are included. One down side of hotel is that it doesn't have under cover and secure parking with only limited numbers of street spaces available.

室内の設備と清潔さ、アメニティの質、朝食の豊富さと味、どれをとってもピカイチです。個人的には、他のホテルとは格が違うと言ってもよいと思ってます。難点を挙げるとすると、朝食の味が、ダイワロイネットホテル和歌山よりは劣る感じです。そばとじゃじゃ麺の質をもう少しあげてもらうとベストです。

チェックインの際、男性スタッフの説明が分かりにくかったので機械の前で再度聞き直したが、機械でチェックインをお願いしますの一点張り。それを見た女性スタッフが近くまで来て丁寧に教えてくれました。ロボットみたいな男性スタッフの対応にはがっかりでした。
