盛岡に行くときはよく利用してきたが、前年より掃除の質が随分と下がっていて残念に思った。滞在初日から蓄積した埃や髪の毛の取り残しなどが気になったが、毎日の掃除も不完全で不快だった。その他、ロビーの受付等はいつも通り親切で問題なかったので、滞在したフロアの掃除担当者の問題かもしれない。
