This memorable country house-chateau is the perfect getaway for family and friends. With 3 bedrooms including 2 full beds and 4 twin beds, a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, and amenities like WiFi and AC, this superb property offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to Ski Sawmill, Oregon Hill Winery, PA Grand Canyon, Little Pine State Park, Historic Wellsboro, Rails to Trails, minutes away from PA state game land 75 and 5 miles south of Morris, home of the annual Rattle Snake Roundup. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash, dry and put away all dishes. Remove food that was brought. Food left in the fridge will be discarded. Put all bagged garbage in trash can located outside of the breezeway.
Report any damage within 24hrs of checking in. Clean out lint tray of dryer after every load. Don’t unplug or interfere with Wi-Fi or security systems. Turn off ac units & all sources of heat.
The insert in the fireplace is not to be used for any live fires. To turn on the propane fireplace in the corner of the living room, the thermostat is located on the wall just outside of the master
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
