Escape to The Dahlia House, a brand new 3-bedroom farmhouse nestled on a 42-acre working flower and tree farm, just a quick 5-minute drive to downtown Stowe. Enjoy pastoral views of flower and tree fields and Mount Mansfield on the horizon. This is a gorgeous, brand-new home built in 2023 in Morrisville. A modern home, with a farmhouse flare, ideal for up to 7 guests. Enjoy the sunsets and peaceful space. Outside, you'll find beautiful landscaping all around and a private patio at the back of the home with a fire pit. Enjoy these incredible vistas and our new charming farmhome - a true slice of heaven in VT. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
 


Inside, the home features three spacious bedrooms—the primary suite on the first floor includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom, while the two upstairs queen bedrooms share a large, light-filled full bath and offer lovely farm and mountain views. A cozy kids’ corner upstairs provides books and toys for little guests.

The open-concept living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living room with a smart TV—perfect for gathering after a day exploring Stowe. Large French doors open to the patio, extending your living space outdoors for dining, stargazing, and fireside evenings.

The Dahlia House is proudly owned and managed by Mooring Hill Farm, with Mountain View Vacations as the local booking partner. Both are family-owned and operated businesses dedicated to sharing the beauty of Vermont with guests from near and far.

Beautiful New England getaway

My wife and I had a wonderful time with our teenage son and his friend at The Dahlia House. There was plenty of room for us to have quiet places to read and rowdy cribbage tournaments. Everything was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There was space in the kitchen and pantry for the food we brought and space for our skis/snowboard equipment. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, but only a few minutes from downtown. We will be coming back!
