When we checked in we were told our room wouldn’t be ready for 2 hours. The guest that stayed in the room before us had broken the toilet. We were offered another room with 2 queen beds. The heater in the room had to be turned on and off outside of the room which was annoying. We never got to try the breakfast. We were not informed of a time and we were not given any info of our stay. The lady at the front desk made us feel like we were bothering her. Every time we would leave our room we would have to go the office to reactivate our key card. The lady in the office did say to keep card away from our cell phones which we did and the card would still need to be reactivated. Overall we had a decent stay but I don’t think we will stay at this hotel again,

Having stayed at this location many times in early 2000's and had the most amazing stays, I did not think to read the current reviews. I should have! The new owner has zero skills in hospitality. She was rude and unwelcoming the minute we walked in. Very unprofessional and downright evil as many prior reviews described her. We left after one night because we didn't not feel safe . Also be leery of giving your credit card information as I had fraudulent charges, which required me to file a police report. I honestly can't believe Best Western is still associated with this property.

Mold in the closet, dirty sheets, the toilet was broken, stains on the carpet, the refrigerator had milk from previous customers, and rude customer service from the manager. When bringing up a concern to the manager walked away without giving solutions. I request to be moved hotel.

I never leave reviews(literally NEVER) but I have to for this.From the get go I knew it was going to be a DISASTER. Upon arrival I noticed that the paper said 2adults while on the app it showed that I booked for 2 adults and 2 children.I had selected 2 beds and got 1.I asked if there were any rooms available with 2 beds and I would be ok with additional charges. The lady at the front desk didn’t let me speak. Cut me off and said no,thank you bye. Well awkward right? But what do you do at 7pm 5 hours away from home……Just gotta go with the flow.At that point I knew it was going to be a no sleep -tight in bed night but that’s ok! I was just very taken back by the customer service. Well I go Check in the room and notice the side table full of hairs…no biggie just wipe it with Clorox wipe…. Then shower is filthy ok gross Coffee machine on bathroom sink full of dusk AND HAIRS….ok still pushing through.Late night,tired of traveling with baby and teen(if you know you know) Okkkk it gets worse… pull of the sheets..THE ENTIRE BED IF FULL OF HAIRS THE FLOOR TOO! Hairs everywhere!!! I tried to see what could be done but again the customer service was not there. Now I will say this…I have a strong intuition (teacher) that the person at the counter may be special needs (not a doctor just an assumption from experience) So i decided that we were going to get NO WHERE because we just couldn’t communicate so i checked out within 40minutes. The room was beyond filthy.It was plain GROSS

The old woman who was on the front desk of the hotel when we checked in around 8-9pm was so rude. She snapped fingers at us. And when our AC was not working she asked us to fix it by ourselves and when we were going the same she came and spoke very rudely asking us to get out and all the curse words. You can see the CCTV’s for proof. By her behaviour it almost seemed like she was did drugs. Please do a background check prior to listing them in the website as it gives a bad name to your website as well. We also heard that she was probably the owner of the motel. Also, yes, it’s listed as a hotel but when in reality it’s just a motel.

Hollowing noise in the room, the high pitch dies away and comes back at intervals, which I identified later as a loud noise from the worked-down washing machine in the technical room. The Receptionist Lady, when asked, suggested that I turn up the TV and she'd see about the noise in an hour or so. Rude, but nothing compared to what happened next. My wife turned the shower on, and at the same moment, a hose connecting the TOILET got disconnected, and started to spray the room, forming a huge paddle on the floor. Luckily, there was a key on the water pipe coming out of the wall. I shut the water off, and my wife and the kid started to mop the water from the floor into the sink. I went to the report the accident to The Recetionist Lady, who got agitated, did not wait until I finished my sentence and rushed to the room. My wife opened the door, and when I came in The Receptionist Lady was already raising her voice in our general direction (my wife and son and me), repeating without stopping: "you've ruined the room", "how did you break it?", and something unintelligible about $700. The Receptionist Lady then stormed out of the room, saying I need to follow her and get some rugs to mop the floor. To my repeated request to change the room, she started to repeat loudly: "You've ruined one room already!" I followed her to the reception desk, where she did threw me some rags, and SLAMMED THE DOOR OF HER OFFICE IN MY FACE! After which we packed and left to find another hotel.

Stayed 2 nights with 2 rooms — first room had carpet that was VERY dirty with questionable stains and smelled like a damp dog. Second room has been updated with laminate flooring and was much cleaner and nicer feeling. The first night both rooms had blazing hot water — yay! Second night and checkout morning there was absolutely no hot water in either room. We didn’t mention it since we were on our way out but honestly I’d consider other hotel options before choosing this one again.

The room and the onsite staff was fantastic, however there was an issue when we were getting ready to leave. We left in the morning to get breakfast and when we returned our room keys stopped working and we couldn't get into our room. There was no one at the front desk and there was a sign saying that it would be open at 7:30am, but it was already 9am. I called the customer service number and a lady answered. We called twice, once for the issue and another time for a follow up. In this time the housekeeper had arrived and was also locked out. She said she might be able to get us into our room and then successfully got the door open so I called back to let the lady know that the problem was solved but she was very rude. She told me the back up was on his way and then hung up before i could say the problem was solved.

121 hotel room smelled like mold, it didn’t feel very clean either. You can see traces of mold in the bathroom. Floor felt icky!! Lights from the cars hit you right in the eyes on the first floor of the blinds are open. Stingy hotel, didn’t wanna give 30 mins late checkout for free. Service was just okay. Could have been cleaner!
