We arrived at noon. Our room was ready at 2PM. We ordered drinks and food from the restaurant. There was only one bartender so drinks were slow. Food was decent. This hotel seems to split the island between loud and quiet. Great location.

Don't stay at the Caeira inn/farm/ it's a scam

Hello. I am in a terrible state. This Fazenda Caeira Inn, which used to be very good, is now a lie. I have known the place for 30 years. Today it is a fraud. I request the immediate de-accreditation of Fazenda Caeira/Pousada Caeira from all platforms of the Hotels/Expedia group. IMMEDIATELY. Today I am talking to the CEOs of the other tourism platforms to do the same. ALL OF THEM. I also request a full refund of the amount paid. I will repeat. I request a FULL REFUND of the amount paid. They offer one thing and deliver another. The toilet in the room was broken, the pool bar was not working, there were no towels for the pool, the outside areas are dirty, there is a dog in the restaurant (a serious public health problem), the place is noisy and crowded (it looks like a vacation club, they just didn't invite the guests) and they practice Day Use and this is not informed at the time of booking or on the establishment's official website. Worse still, the best locations are reserved for day use and guests are placed at the back with no shade. I have had skin cancer twice and didn't have a single shade to stay in. It's outrageous! In short, it's a horror show. Fazenda Caeira thinks it's a 5-star hotel and charges like a 5-star hotel, but they lost their stars at sea... In tourism, if you want to charge a lot, you need to deliver perfect service. I'm currently staying at the hotel, but I'm trying to transfer to the hotel next door (Vila dos Corais). At the moment, I'm also studying

Pousada muito ruim, não era feito limpeza nos quartos, nem uma vassoura passaram, apenas arrumavam a roupa de cama, segurança despreparado para abordagem, teve dois furtos na pousada. Um eles não deram retorno e o outro só deram retorno pelo fato do nosso amigo cobrar. Após 2 dias foi visto a gravação encontraram quem pegou o óculos. Não indico para ninguém. Pousada não tinha nem cadeiras na área da piscina, foi colocar depois, durante o carnaval. Grama estava alta na área da piscina, bar da piscina não estava aberto tbm durante o carnaval.

A experiência poderia ter sido muito melhor, pelo potencial da pousada. Destaco desde logo a postura, educação e gentileza da Priscila, da recepção, excelente. Pontos negativos: 1) rispidez da funcionária Paula no café da manhã - embora diligente, não tem bom trato com os hóspedes; 2) desconfiança desrespeitosa de gente da recepção quanto ao controle de toalhas e conferência do frigobar, a cautela da pousada deveria ser exercida de forma discreta, sem pressupor desonestidade do hóspede; 3) falta manutenção em diversos itens da pousada, a área externa está com certo mau aspecto, a "cerca viva" tem entulhos e a piscina tinha lodo nas bordas; 4) se vc vai para a pousada mais afastada em busca de sossego, esqueça: de sexta para sábado houve música alta nos arredores a noite toda (além dos barcos atracados em frente que também ligaram música muito cedo nos outros dias); 5) há um certo desleixo com os quartos, o 09, apesar de espaçoso, não tinha uma mesinha de trabalho, o banheiro empoça água; 6) choveu e, mesmo os quartos sendo externos, a pousada não dispõe de guarda-chuvas para irmos do quarto ao restaurante/recepção - item básico. Pontos positivos: 1) o café da manhã. Variado, itens frescos e outros feitos na hora, café bem quente e sucos naturais, nota dez; 2) a gentileza dos meninos do restaurante; 3) quartos com varanda com rede e imobiliário para aproveitar a vista (fuja dos quartos centrais, como o 09, pois não se tem privacidade alguma e aí não dá para aproveitar a vista

Quarto amplo. A região é linda, mas a localização é bem longe do centro, se estiver disposto a andar não é um problema. O café da manhã é muuuuuuito simples para o que se espera de uma pousada como esta. Poucas opções, pouca variedade de um dia para o outro. A máquina de café estava estragada, permanecendo assim todos os dias (fazia apenas café, as outras bebidas não estavam disponíveis e no último dia inclusive o café não estava sendo feito no horário que fomos tomar café).
