We arrived at noon. Our room was ready at 2PM. We ordered drinks and food from the restaurant. There was only one bartender so drinks were slow. Food was decent. This hotel seems to split the island between loud and quiet. Great location.

Pros: The location it's nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Quality of Food. Cleanliness Cons: The Wifi quality it's horrible, one of the worst I experienced. The Towels were pretty old and hard. Rooms need to be updated. Lack of transport to and from the town center.

Don't stay at the Caeira inn/farm/ it's a scam

Hello. I am in a terrible state. This Fazenda Caeira Inn, which used to be very good, is now a lie. I have known the place for 30 years. Today it is a fraud. I request the immediate de-accreditation of Fazenda Caeira/Pousada Caeira from all platforms of the Hotels/Expedia group. IMMEDIATELY. Today I am talking to the CEOs of the other tourism platforms to do the same. ALL OF THEM. I also request a full refund of the amount paid. I will repeat. I request a FULL REFUND of the amount paid. They offer one thing and deliver another. The toilet in the room was broken, the pool bar was not working, there were no towels for the pool, the outside areas are dirty, there is a dog in the restaurant (a serious public health problem), the place is noisy and crowded (it looks like a vacation club, they just didn't invite the guests) and they practice Day Use and this is not informed at the time of booking or on the establishment's official website. Worse still, the best locations are reserved for day use and guests are placed at the back with no shade. I have had skin cancer twice and didn't have a single shade to stay in. It's outrageous! In short, it's a horror show. Fazenda Caeira thinks it's a 5-star hotel and charges like a 5-star hotel, but they lost their stars at sea... In tourism, if you want to charge a lot, you need to deliver perfect service. I'm currently staying at the hotel, but I'm trying to transfer to the hotel next door (Vila dos Corais). At the moment, I'm also studying

Nosso quarto foi bom, mas existiam problemas no banheiro, como: 1. ralo do chuveiro parecia estar entupido, e a água transbordava; 2. vaso sanitário estava entupido quando chegamos, mas foi resolvido assim que comunicamos na recepção; 3. tampa do vaso sanitário estava solta, mas também foi resolvida assim que comunicamos na recepção; Sobre área de piscina, bar e restaurante, eram bons, e tinha boas opções no cardápio, mas a equipe de funcionários era insuficiente, e por vezes, demorava a atender quando precisávamos.

A pousada é incrivel em muitos aspectos: fica em uma região mais afastada da ilha mas muito acessível e portanto é bastante silenciosa e calma. Outro aspecto muito positivo é a beleza natural da terceira praia. O quarto era bastante espaçoso e especialmente o banheiro muito confortável com duchas incríveis. A cama era grande mas nao era muito confortável e o que de fato deixou a desejar foram a quantidade dos travesseiros e também um certo cheiro de mofo no quarto. Um detalhe é que as cortinas nao fecham totalmente e portanto o quarto fica meio claro de manhã. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, pelo preço, e especialmente a cozinha e o ambiente do restaurante poderia ser mais bem cuidado e limpo.

Pousada muito ruim, não era feito limpeza nos quartos, nem uma vassoura passaram, apenas arrumavam a roupa de cama, segurança despreparado para abordagem, teve dois furtos na pousada. Um eles não deram retorno e o outro só deram retorno pelo fato do nosso amigo cobrar. Após 2 dias foi visto a gravação encontraram quem pegou o óculos. Não indico para ninguém. Pousada não tinha nem cadeiras na área da piscina, foi colocar depois, durante o carnaval. Grama estava alta na área da piscina, bar da piscina não estava aberto tbm durante o carnaval.
