This is a very comfortable and clean apartment in the centre of Morzine, close to the shops, restaurants and bars. It is perfectly located for the lifts, be it for skiing or walking in the mountain's. Off road and under cover parking is a real bonus.
Highly recommended. Very close to the ski lift and main street but quiet and secluded. Easy off-road parking and excellent, high quality, facilities. Will return!
A lovely well equipped, spacious apartment. Easy walking distance to ski lifts, restaurants, bars and shops. We all really enjoyed our stay and hopefully be back soon!
really enjoyed our stay, apartment had everything we needed. Excellent location, 5 min walk to Super Morzine lift. Supermarket, boulangerie & restaurants all a short walk away. Would have been nice to have soap for bathrooms.

Everything you need and just where you need it!
Although the apartment is perhaps a little dated for some tastes and lacks the wow factor of some of the newer properties in Morzine it is very well equipped.
We have stayed there several time now and I'm sure we will be back again.
The position just cant be beaten. Very close to ski lifts, busses and the little train it is ideal. Its is also very close to shops restaurants bars and the supermarket.
Lovely property conveniently located - 5 min from telesiege to Morzine, 8 min to telesiege to get to Avoriaz. Casino supermarket within walking distance. Apartment is well equipped and cosy. Exactly like on the pictures. Covered parking is a big plus if you come during winter time as we did. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Communication with the owner smooth and efficient. Would definitely recommend!
Spacious and well equipped apartment, lovely and quiet. Very short walk to the Super Morzine TC for Avoriaz and 10 mins to the Pleney.
We hired skis from Skiset - Caribou 2 also very convenient. The handling agent had organised lift passes which we collected with the keys. Plenty of comms beforehand to sort out any queries. Had a great time, can’t fault it and would definitely stay here again.
This property had everything and more we expected for our stay in Morzine. The location was fantastic for both the Pleney and the Avoriaz ski areas. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with everything you would expect in a kitchen at home. The washing machine and tumble dryer were also very useful after a wet day on the slopes. Bedding and towels were provided and the agent who deals with the keys etc was very helpful and even offered to look after our luggage when we arrived in resort early on check in day. I would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again. Thanks

Great Location
Good apartment with great location for the lifts. Close to both Pleney and Super Morzine lifts, with in a couple of minutes’ walk to the center of town. The Spar convenience store is about 1 to 2mins walk away. The apartment has a very well maintained and stocked Kitchen to enable you to Cook if you wish. The apartment was clean and well-presented and quite.
We did Mountain Biking whilst there and the Apartment does have bike storage and hose plus garden to wash bikes.
If we go back to Morzine next year we will book this apartment again.

Booked 2 years ago prior to covid lockdowns. Glad to be able to visit beautiful Morzine again. Disappointing that when we booked, the apartment had lovely views which have completely disappeared because of new apartments built very close and completely overlooking the property. Otherwise we were happy with the apartment.
