A newly designed spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + Bunk Room, it is ideal for families and friends. It offers quick access to all the bars & restaurants and the slopes. A truly fantastic apartment with character in the centre of Morzine.
Apartment Demi Lune is just a few minutes walk from the Pleney Telecabine & Super Morzine. It's family-friendly and great for kids due to the location and proximity to everything. You can also access the ski bus stop to Avoriaz very quickly. Morzine's bars, shops, and restaurants are right on the doorstep.
Apartment Demi Lune is part of a well established residence close to the Pleney Telecabine. Located on the second floor of a well appointed residence, with a lift, the windows and balcony offer views of the Pleney slopes. The whole apartment is at your disposal. Plus you'll have access to your own private garage plus ski locker.

At 88 m², it’s a fantastic size for families and groups, with a bright, open-plan living space featuring striking curved walls and Crittall-style glass doors that flood the apartment with light.
You’ll find plenty of room for up to 6 guests, including a large dining table, a sleek modern kitchen, a comfortable lounge area with an LED electric fireplace, and a generous balcony with mountain views—perfect for relaxed mornings or aperitifs after skiing.
The three bedrooms feel luxurious and inviting: two can be set up as either doubles or twins, while the third is a spacious, cosy bunk room (no window) with stylish lighting. The master suite is the largest, with its own ensuite shower room and a balcony overlooking the Pleney slopes. Bedroom 2 sits beside the bunk room, with access to a family bathroom.
The apartment also boasts an underground garage with parking for one car, secure ski and bike storage and a washing machine and dryer.
