LAYOUT (120 metres sq.)

This bright, stylish apartment combines traditional charm with modern design and is ideal for families or groups. It features a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and four luxurious bedrooms. A highlight is the large terrace with stunning Pleney views and a private jacuzzi, alongside excellent entertainment facilities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The apartment includes four double bedrooms. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. Two additional double bedrooms share a bathroom and a large private balcony. The 4th double bedroom comes with its own en-suite and has access to the large south facing balcony. Each room is thoughtfully positioned to maximise space and light.

The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a boot room with boot dryers, a large garage with secure Bike Storage, and parking for 2 cars.
