A beautiful luxury apartment, rated 4* by the Morzine tourist office, with 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, located in a quiet peaceful area though minutes from the restaurants, bars and lifts of Morzine. The open plan lounge and dining area is warm and welcoming and offers a home away from home, including flat screen TV, free WIFI, English Satelite channels, DVD player with DVDs, Nintendo Wii, games and books. We supply premium egyptian cotton bedding, luxury towels and toiletries to make your stay as comfortable as possible whilst the terrace and balconies, which enjoy the sun all day long, offer spectacular views of Morzine and the majestic Pointe de Nyon.
The property is professionally cleaned pre and post stay by a local company who will be there on arrival to welcome you to Morzine. Fantastic stay at this brilliant apartment with our family of 5. Great location within an easy walk of Morzine town centre. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. A lovely decked area to be able to sit outside was a bonus. Communication and information from the owner was brilliant. We enjoyed walking, mountain biking, the pool, the luge, Lake Montriond and a rafting trip. So much to do and a great base to access everything. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location and accommodation

We were so impressed with this property. It has clearly been very thought out with everything needed, comfy beds and pillows, black out blinds and a well stocked kitchen. It was very clean when we arrived and had the most beautiful views. For us as a family with 4 teenagers it was located perfectly for us to be able to walk the short walk into the main town and all the activities. Provided a base for a much needed family holiday, highly recommend

Fantastic apartment, great location, very responsive Host. We are a family of 4 and stayed for 2 weeks during the summer. 3 bedrooms and bathrooms meant our teenage sons got the their own bedroom and bathroom so everyone was happy. Well equipped, very clean, and perfect location within easy walking distance to centre. Would definitely stay here again. Would love it if host offers the multi pass - as these are a must for families in the summer.

Marvelous Morzine

Our family of five had an incredible time at the gorgeous chalet of Simon. The chalet is spacious with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed many meals at the dining room table with exquisite views of Nyon. Morzine is a lovely skiing town that welcomes summer visitors. We were attending the Spartan races and Simon's chalet was the perfect home away from home. The Carrefour market is well equipped, and Simon recommended La Grange and La Chaudanne restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed. We used the Skiidygonzales van service from GVA. Simon also recommended this service and gave us his discount code. We had some wonderful hiking adventures in Nyon and Zore and took advantage of the pools in Dereches Park on the unusually warm days. The boys enjoyed the rope course also. Morzine is a wonderful place to vacation and staying at Simon's chalet made memories of a lifetime.

Great Apartment and Location

Just back from half term at Simons place. The Apartment was beautiful and very well equipped. Its about a 10 min walk to the Pléney Gondola and only a few mins walk to the main supermarket at the bottom of the town. Simon was great with instructions on how to get in and response was quick when we had any questions. We hired skis at bottom of lift and paid to keep them there as it would be a trek walking in ski boots each day and skis so we found this the easiest way. Morzine is great and lots of fab restaurants and bars. Would recommend this Apartment. Thank you Simon

Two week summer break

Property is traditional from the outside and modern on the inside. Very clean and really well appointed. Three good size bedrooms, and large kitchen/diner/lounge. Only ask (and these are minor) lighter duvets for summer month guests, and somewhere to lock bikes to in the garage. Dream ask would be electric car charge point for the chalet as the ones in MORZINE are hit and miss.

Girls ski trip

A lovely apartment and perfect for five women to all get their own beds! Perfectly located for the bus network to ski lifts and easy walking to town in the evening. The host could not have been more helpful with discounts on ski hire and restaurant recommendations (book before you go!). A great time had by all and would recommend the apartment.

Wonderful apartment, good location

Just returned from a stay in this lovely apartment. The location is perfect, very easy to get around Morzine, plenty of free buses, also easy walking distance into town. I went with my family, 3 adults and 2 children, the apartment is just as advertised, plenty of room for 6 people, it was nice to all have our own bathrooms. The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area is much larger than I expected, so very comfortable for us all. Good outside space too, for us to enjoy the winter sun. There is everything you could possibly need to self cater. We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment, I can certainly recommend, we are hoping to go back again.

Fabulous location

Highly recommend this apartment for its fantastic location next door to the Medran lift and a stones throw from the towns bars and restaurants. Agency very straightforward and easy to deal with. Would definitely come again.

Everything we needed

The property was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for, it was incredibly well equipped (speakers, heating, shutters etc), very clean and the open plan living area with enormous windows was amazing for watching the snow fall. Simon was incredibly accommodating in providing equipment for our 8 month year old which meant less stuff for us to to pack, and really helped make the trip as relaxing as possible. The only comment would be that it would be useful to have seen a summary of which buses to use to different parts of Morzine, as found the bus timetable to be slightly confusing but a very minor point. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lovely apartment in Morzine.

Lovely Well Equipped Apartment

This is a really well equipped apartment in a great location. The apartment is warm with plenty of hot water for all guests and has lovely views of the mountains. We stayed as a family of grandparents, parents and two children. The accommodation was perfect with two good sized double bedrooms and the other room with two single beds, ideal for the children. The layout is ideal and the kitchen well equipped with all you need to self cater. There is a well stocked supermarket about 10 minutes away and all the shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The owner is very helpful and the recommended ski hire shop was well stocked and we were able to store all our ski boots and skis overnight which made getting the children to ski school on time much easier. The bus to the Pleney lift stops at the end of the road although without skis to carry you could walk easily. There is a folder with all the information you might need for the apartment and for Morzine and we tried two of the recommended restaurants and had excellent local food. We used the recommended ski transfer from Geneva and were very happy with both journeys.

Very comfortable and well located apartment

We stayed here for a week and found it to be one of the best apartments we have ever taken. It is very central for Morzine town centre and a few yards from the free shuttle bus stop. It is well equipped, comfortable and peaceful with a lift system to take your bags up from the garage level and to use yourselves after a hard day's skiing. The owner is helpful and friendly. The advice received beforehand about transfers and equipment hire was excellent and the information pack on-site covers everything else

Brilliant apartment in a great location

We were 6 adults (3 couples) staying in this apartment. It is in a fantastic location, only 5 minutes walk to the Main ski lift for Mozine. The apartment is very spacious, well kept and clean. Everything we could ask for!

Great location

We stayed in this apartment for a week and found it to be in a fantastic location with great views of the mountains. The apartment was very comfortable with excellent facilities for self catering and a large spacious living and eating area. We are considering coming back here next year. The apartment is just a five minute walk from the town and a well stocked supermarket. An efficient Navette service operates from approximately 70m away with buses running every 15 mins or so. The skiing is good with slopes to appeal to competent skiiers in particular although there may be more for beginners in nearby Avoriaz. Definitely a resort and accommodation to return to!

A great apartment for the family.

Aside from the initial hiccup(my fault), we found the apartment lovely to stay in. All the information needed was in the handbook or in the drawer by the cooker for equipment. We loved the views from the windows. Disappointing none of us could reach to open the shutters on the window in the kitchen area which would have given extra light in the morning when preparing breakfast. Nearly everything that was needed was there. 2 fridges and freezer space, washing machine and tumble dryer!! A set of smaller tumblers for drinks/aperitifs would have been nice - prevents too much intoxication! Wifi, TV, i-pod docking station, etc worked really well. Sitting/dining room was nicely set out with plenty of room for everyone. Bedrooms were not huge, but with good wardrobe space and shelves. Very comfortable. Shower rooms and bathrooms were of a very good standard. One quibble, we ladies would have liked a small waste bin in these. Having to transfer rubbish to the main bin in the kitchen all the time was not always convenient. For me, to have a full length mirror (in the hall, perhaps) was something I would have appreciated. I don't just look at my face before I go out! I am sure other ladies will understand what I mean! The 10 min. walk to the ski rental shop none of us found arduous, but there is also a bus. (It was our warming-up exercises.) Being able to leave skis and boots at the shop was a +++. The ski bus for Avoriaz was just a few minutes away. Beware the bus can be very busy first thing in the morning. Skiing in Avoriaz and Morzine is good with well maintained slopes. Morzine, itself, is a lovely, proper town with a good supermarket and loads of other shops. We thoroughly enjoyed using this well equipped, delightful apartment which helped to make our stay memorable. Thank you.

Beautiful apartment in great location

We spent to week in this great apartment. The apartment is well furnished, spacious and has great views of the mountains. It has three good sized bedrooms with bathrooms. On arrival we met with the resort team and they showed us to the apartment and handed over keys. The manual to the apartment was very helpful and clearly explained how everything worked. We found it easy to walk to the supermarket and bars in morzine, about 5 min walk. I would definitely stay again.

Spacious apartment in great location.

We stayed at this apartment for a week July 2016 ( family of 4) . The apartment is in a lovely, quiet location but within a short walk to Morzine centre. The apartment has a spacious modern living area with a well equipt kitchen. Whilst we stayed in the summer we are a skiing family and are often disappointed by the space and storage in the bedrooms, this was not the case here! Lots of room to move around and plenty of storage. On arrival the apartment was clean and a lovely welcome pack was waiting for us. The owners communication in the booking/arrival process was fantastic and most appreciated. All our queries were answered promptly and liaison with the in-resort company was great, especially as we were arriving on the day the Tour de France was in Morzine! We would definitely recommend this apartments to others for the location, high quality of the apartment and the ease of the booking process.

Superb modern apartment close to town

We had a few days skiing, based in Morzine staying at Hameau Des Fes. The apartment, location and the set up was superb.... 3 mins walk to the centre of town, secure garage facility, ski storage. Apartment was spotless with 3 double rooms each with bathroom, modern kitchen equipped with everything you will need. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Lovely, modern and perfectly positioned for the town centre and bus to the ski lifts

This is a lovely new and modern apartment with a really spacious kitchen/living area and great views of the mountains. It's only a 2 minute walk to the bus stop to both Pleney and Avoriaz. It's also only a 5 minute walk to town. When we were there it was very quiet and relaxing and a lovely place to be after a long day on the slopes!
