First floor:
An utility room, a living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen leading to a private balcony, one bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet (with either a double bed or two single beds)
Second floor:
A mezzanine (cinema room) a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, and balcony.
Basement: 2 garages, ski storage with boot dryers / Wi-Fi
Household linen + mid-stay and end-of-stay cleaning
