Superb view and calm for this magnificent fully renovated apartment on the 3rd floor of the highly appreciated Thuya residence on the Ardoisières promenade.



With its 42m2 it will know how to seduce you thanks to its volumes and beautiful finishes. It is arranged as follows:



Beautiful entrance with storage allowing you to take off shoes and giving access to a beautiful living space.



Right after the entrance, on the left, there will be an independent bathroom.

On the right, the large bathroom with a double sink vanity and an Italian-style shower as well as an electric towel warmer.



The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, large integrated fridge, washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle...) and the dining area with bench and tables are positioned under the mezzanine.



On the right before a few steps you will find the parental bedroom with its large storage closet. The window overlooking the balcony will allow you to enjoy sunsets and the view of the Morzine valley.



The living room has two benches, a TV with its stand, a speaker, and access to a large balcony facing south/west.

From the living room, it is also possible to access the pleasant mezzanine with its double bed.



The apartment has a ski locker in the entrance of the residence.
