Praz apartment

This apartment on the ground floor has a terrace (23 m²) overlooking the garden (with an outdoor pool available to use for free throughout the summer). Covering 110 m² in total, it has two bedrooms, each with a large double bed (king-size but can be separated into two singles on request), and one single, plus a small bedroom with a double bed (cannot be separated) and a single bed. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The living room also offers a sofa that can be converted into a double bed. This apartment can therefore accommodate a maximum of 11 people.



Some useful information (everything is included):
v Beds are made ready for your arrival and towels provided
v We deliver free pastries and bread baked on site to your door every morning at 7:30 a.m.
v A washing machine and dryer are available in a common area (€5 per token)
v Each apartment has a raclette machine (with extension), as well as two coffee makers: one is a simple filter coffee maker, the other is the Nespresso, “Vertuo”.
v Each apartment has its own room with a machine for drying clothes and ski boots (also useful in summer in case of rain!), as well as a common room to leave your skis.
v A bicycle storage room and a hose for cleaning them is also at your disposal in summer.
v The residence's private swimming pool is open and heated all year round (may be under cover or open depending on the weather).
v A few basic necessities are provided upon your arrival (toilet paper, salt, pepper, etc.).
v The kitchens are fully equipped, you shouldn't want for anything!
v There will be a PlayStation 5 for you to use in your living room, as well as a Chromecast to connect to your platforms (Netflix, etc.)
v In summer we are a “multipass” partner (we include them for you and you have free access to all pedestrian ski lifts for the duration of your stay).
In winter there are additional free services:
v If you need it , we will collect your groceries from the Saint Jean d'Aulps drive-thru and put them in your fridge (more detailed information attached).
v We do transfers to the ski lifts (round trips) with our own minibus for our customers (more detailed information attached).

A few days before your arrival, an authorisation of €1000 will be automatically taken from your credit card. (This is not a debit, only an authorisation.) This will be annulled 2 days after your departure provided everything is returned in the same condition it was received.

End of stay cleaning is included (we however ask for the minimum: dishes washed, rubbish taken out and sheets taken off the beds). Otherwise, you may be charged a flat rate of €60.

We are in general a family residence, noise is permitted within reason (no loud music, etc ....you will have neighbours!)
