It is located on the shuttle route, 1.5 km from the centre, 2.2 km from the Pleney cable car (MORZINE/LES GETS ski area), 3 km from the Prodains cable car (AVORIAZ ski area).
It consists :
- Entrance (5.82m²) with cupboard, washing machine and dryer,
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hotplates, fridge, ...) open to living room (34.52m²), TV, sofa bed, two bay windows, opening onto a terrace with jacuzzi facing northeast.
- A bedroom (9.09 m²) with 2 single beds, window,
- An alcove (4.81m²) closed blind with 2 bunk beds,
- A bedroom (9.37m²) with 1 double bed, window and its shower room with wc,
- A bathroom with bath and toilet.
