Amazing home in Moscenicka Draga
The fantastic Villa Istra Panorama is located in a small village near Moscenicka Draga, only 2.5 km from the first beach. The villa has been furnished with great attention to detail. The interior consists of 3 open plan living and dining areas, 3 fully equipped kitchens, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Throughout the villa you will find numerous French doors and windows with stunning sea views. The villa can accommodate up to 10 + 6 people and is ideal for a multi-family vacation or a vacation with friends. An entertainment room with table football, darts and TV as well as a table tennis table and a children's playground can also be found in the villa. Lounge areas throughout the outdoor area offer plenty of opportunities to relax and spend some time alone in this huge villa. The 11 meter long infinity pool with sun loungers also offers a magnificent view of the sea and is the ideal spot from which to enjoy your time in this beautiful villa.
Villa Istria Panorama is located in Brsec - a small medieval town whose narrow streets and alleys have been preserved to this day. Most of the houses were built in the 17th century and Glagolitic inscriptions can still be found on their facades. An unforgettable view stretches from the rocks where the Church of St. Magdalene was built. Brsec is located about 25 km south of Opatija - the pearl of the Adriatic. Opatija is the oldest tourist center in Croatia, whose history dates back to the 19th century, when the Habsburg dynasty made the town a popular destination for aristocrats. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes in the town, as well as Lungomare - a 12 km long promenade that runs along the coast. Not to be forgotten, of course, are the numerous beaches.
