The villa has five bedrooms for ten guests, with the possibility of accommodating up to two more guests on extra beds. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has its own bathroom, television and access to the balcony. There are three modern and luxurious rooms on the first floor. Two further rooms are located on the third floor. On the second floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with high-quality Italian furniture as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen designed according to the instructions of a professional chef. The ground floor of the villa offers you a tavern with kitchen, an ideal place for socialising. There is also a wellness room on this floor with a sauna, whirlpool and massage table where you can recharge your body and mind. The villa also has a games room with toys and Playstation, a fully equipped gym and a large office. Olive trees provide an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere and a heated pool with sun loungers and a lounge area invites you to relax. The terrace, complete with dining table and barbecue, is accessible from the indoor dining area and is an ideal place to spend time with family and friends with stunning panoramic views. The largest and most famous manifestation in this area is the Rijeka Carnival, today one of the largest carnival parades in Europe and the world. In 2020 Rijeka was the European Capital of Culture.
