Villa Terra is located on a fully fenced garden of 1300 sqm and offers its guests an outdoor pool of 32 sqm with a spacious sundeck and deck chairs, two covered terraces equipped with table and chairs for 6 people, one large covered terrace on the front of the house with a barbecue and amenities such as table football and table tennis, 2 parking spaces inside the property and 2 more on the outside, and a children's playground.



Villa Terra with a total area of ​​220 sqm can accommodate up to 8 guests. It consists of two separate living units, each unit with the following layout: on the ground floor there is living room, dining room and equipped kitchen and one shower/toilet; on the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one is with double bed and a private shower/toilet and one with separate beds and a private shower/toilet. Bedrooms are sharing the balcony with nice panoramic view. The house is fully air-conditioned. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
