Villa Kalina is located in the small village of Zagore, halfway between the tourist pearl Opatija and Labin-Rabac surroundings.
Guests of this beautiful, modern holiday home will enjoy the exceptional view of the sea and the neighbouring islands from the upper floors. Near the house is the harbour, ideal for those who want to visit the islands of Cres or Losinj. The nearest shop, restaurant and beach are in Brsec, only 2.5 km away.
On a fenced plot of 1500 square metres, guests have at their disposal an outdoor pool of 24 square metres, a covered terrace with barbecue and dining table, sun loungers, three parking spaces and a parking space in the garage.
This spacious holiday apartment consists of three separate holiday apartments totalling 250 sqm. On the ground floor of the house there is a holiday apartment of 85 sqm with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, living room, two bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC and a separate toilet in the hallway. On the first floor there is the second holiday apartment of 85 sqm with fully equipped kitchen and dining room, living room with exit to the spacious balcony with beautiful sea view, two bedrooms, each with private bathroom and a separate toilet in the hallway. On the top floor is the third holiday apartment of 80 sqm with fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining room and exit to the balcony with beautiful sea view, two bedrooms and two shower/WC. Please note that this accommodation may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger.
