With a capacity of up to 6 guests (including two children who can sleep on the sofa), this villa offers a relaxing getaway with a private pool and sea views – ideal for families or couples.Situated on a fully fenced property, the villa guarantees peace, safety, and privacy. Guests can unwind by the pool, relax on the sun loungers, or enjoy a romantic evening on the sea-view balcony equipped with a fireplace. Several private parking spaces are available on-site.The house consists of two fully equipped residential units, which are rented exclusively as a whole:The upper floor features a studio apartment with a double bed, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony offering panoramic sea views.The middle floor includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, and an additional bathroom.The ground floor houses two cozy bedrooms and a third bathroom. The property offers free electric vehicle charging in the parking area.Important note: The owners have separated one part of the house with a completely independent entrance from the lower side of the building, where they will stay. This area is physically separated, ensuring that guests have full privacy in all areas and exclusive use of the pool, terrace, and the entire property.Perched on a cliff overlooking the Kvarner Bay, Brseč offers breathtaking views of the sea and nearby islands. Here, you will experience authentic Istrian charm, far from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature and traditional stone architecture.Note: Youth groups under 26 years of age are not allowed.
