With a total area of approx. 330 square metres, the house offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The plot of approx. 1100 square metres has a well-kept outdoor area with a beautifully landscaped driveway, plants and an integrated garage.
Your holiday home comprises 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. You have sea views from every room. The southeast-facing master bedroom impresses with its spaciousness and the modern integration of the bathroom. The highlight of the bathroom is definitely the large double shower area: enjoy the sea view while showering. The walk-in wardrobe in the adjoining room is also very practical.
Look forward to free 200 mbit/s WLAN with fibre optic connection with a WLAN MESH router in every bedroom, 5 smart TVs, a cosy open gas fireplace and a top-equipped luxury kitchen.
