This two-bedroom, one-bathroom holiday home sleeps up to six people in comfort in the rear dwelling of this fully fenced property. Each bedroom features oil heaters to keep warm.

Amenities include a basic kitchen, washing machine, BBQ, and three kayaks with six lifejackets of various sizes. For entertainment, there is a television, DVD player, surround sound system, and a selection of board games in the second bedroom.

There is plenty of roadside parking, as well as space via the shared driveway for off-street parking and a boat up to 7m in length.

Located just off state highway one in the lakeside settlement of Motuoapa, 10 minutes drive to Turangi, your accommodation provides a peaceful and convenient base to explore this world-famous lake and trout fishing region, just north of Tongariro National Park.

If towing a boat, please be mindful of the power lines at the front of the property.
