The villa is set in private landscaped gardens and made up of 3 main levels, accessed by a bridge which opens onto a terrace with dining area and offers direct access to the living area and kitchen.
The upper level houses the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a terrace offering
panoramic views from the mountains to the sea and a separate children's room / office. This level can also be accessed directly via the stairs which climb round the outside of the villa. The lower level comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 large double with separate office / lounge area and 1 single / childrens bedroom. These 2 bedrooms share a shower
room . This level also houses a separate guest WC, cloakroom and main front door which leads out to the middle garden area. Another double bedroom with en suite shower room and plenty of storage is also accessed independently via the garden.
There is also a separate utility room and storage room for bikes / outdoor equipment.
