The Villa can accommodate 6 - 8 people, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is also an independent studio with bathroom and kitchenette that can accommodate 2 people and available for an additional € 70 per night and € 30 cleaning fee.

Located 7 minutes from the fine sand beaches of Cannes, Mandelieu-la-Napoule and Théoule-sur-Mer, our house with its superb swimming pool will make you spend unforgettable moments with family or friends.

Fully equipped and designed to entertain you all four seasons, our villa offers a pétanque court, a play-reading area with a large fireplace, a BBQ - pizza oven, a ping-pong table and a basketball hoop.

Provencal style, surrounded by pines, cipres, olive trees and cicadas, you will be in a calm and relaxing setting with a garden of over 300 m2. Two golf courses, tennis courts and an equestrian center are less than 5 minutes away.
At the foot of old Mougins and all its small shops, this authentic medieval village is very famous for its gastronomy (more than 40 restaurants, one of which is a Michelin star) and its many workshops and galleries of artists.
