Classic Winnipesaukee Lakehouse on a Point 350 ft Shorefront AUG 29 SPECIAL

AUGUST 29TH WEEK SPECIAL!! Classic "On Golden Pond" lakehouse with 350' frontage and views from East-South-West and a beautiful private sand beach! This 1930's era home rests on a point of land and has a fabulous screen porch for relaxing, lovely stone fireplace (2nd floor fireplace is off limits and not to be used) and swim raft plus inflatable bounce raft. The owner keeps his boats in the boat house. Tenant has use of a boat slip outside of the boat house (the dock is 35 feet long). Explore the shoreline or catch dinner from the canoe and kayak. Although this is a classic camp, it still offers many "creature comforts" including a recently renovated kitchen! Wireless internet! There is no t.v. at the property. The boathouse offers a large game room upstairs with ping-pong table, darts and other rainy day activities. There is a second house on this property which will not be used when there are tenants.
LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $175. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

The grandkids loved playing on the floats. We hope to return and enojy it again.
