Check in time is 4pm and check out before 10:00 am. You will be responsible for any damages caused by you or your party during your stay. Cancellation will be fully refunded with a 30-day notice. after 30 days no refund. Rental fee is $3500.00 per week. Boat slip available for extra charge.
