Set at the end of a quiet private road on a beautiful point of land, True North Lodge offers one of the most private and captivating settings on Lake Winnipesaukee. Designed with exceptional craftsmanship, this post-and-beam waterfront estate blends warm timber architecture, refined finishes, and sweeping lake views from nearly every room.
The great room welcomes you with soaring beams, gleaming wood floors, and expansive windows overlooking the water. The chef’s kitchen offers generous workspace and high-end appliances, opening naturally into the dining area and the covered lakeside porch.
Along the hallway, privately positioned off the kitchen and dining area, you will find a comfortable den, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. The den offers a quiet retreat ideal for reading, work, or relaxation.
The main level continues with a serene primary suite featuring a king-size bed and an elegant en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs, the main house includes two spacious guest bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: Two queen-size beds + one twin-size bed
• Bedroom 2: One queen-size bed + one full-size bed
A bright open loft between the upstairs bedrooms, offers a cozy sitting/TV area with a television, DVDs, and games.
The lower level provides multiple gathering spaces including a large family room, media area, kitchenette, and full bathroom with shower, perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake.
A private suite above the garage offers its own entrance through the main house and features a king-size bed, full kitchen, spacious living area, and full bathroom. Please note: The garage is not available for guest parking.
The carriage house adds a full second residence with its own kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and three additional bedrooms:
• Carriage House Bedroom 1: Pyramid bunk (twin over queen) + separate twin-size bed
• Carriage House Bedroom 2: Pyramid bunk (twin over queen) + separate twin-size bed
• Carriage House Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed

It’s important to note that a local neighbor has lake access rights only, which allows them to use that section of shoreline to enter the water only. They do not have rights to the beach. You may see them accessing the lake from time to time during your stay. We simply ask that all guests be respectful and courteous.
