Great stay

We enjoyed the cookies in the lobby upon check in. Hot coffee in the lobby is always great. We took advantahe of the free shuttle to Shelton Vineyard and had dinner at The Harvest Grill, which was absolutely fantastic! Perfect stay while we were visiting and hiking the area.

Staff at check in was amazing. We arrived to Dobson much earlier than anticipated and the lovely girl at the concierge checked us in early which was fabulous as we have been driving for days. This allowed us to have a leisurely lunch next door and relax in the hotel’s gorgeous outdoor sitting area.

We stayed here once before and loved it! They put us in an awesome room with soaking tub and wine bar. This time we had our dog along so the room didn’t have the bells and whistles.

I don’t know who’s fault Expedia or Hampton inn. When I arrived they said my room was cancelled due to overbooking. Now is it Expedia or Hampton inn hampering me from a refund for a room I paid for!!

Hotel was awesome.Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely horrendous. They had some disgusting yellow looking chicken sausage and fake egg omeletts covered in peppers. I guess they are trying to save money. Had to go to the local Bojangles.
