As you enter the tree lined driveway, you will instantly relax as the pretty white house and beautiful gardens reveal themselves. Oaklands Estate is situated on 10 gorgeous acres, in a quiet, rural location, less than a 15-minute drive to Mudgee's town centre and more than 30 wineries.

Oaklands Estate offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 16. Facilities include a pool, spa, multiple living and dining areas, ducted air-conditioning, combustion wood fireplace, firepit, cubby house, and play equipment. It also offers a fruit and veggie garden, chickens and cute highland cows, making it a great destination for multiple family groups.

The pretty main home offers 4 beautifully styled bedrooms each with king beds and TV's, 3 spacious renovated bathrooms, 2 living areas and a kitchen, pantry and dining area. It offers ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and a combustion wood heater to keep you extra warm in winter. It is surrounded by a wooden deck, with multiple spots to sit, relax and take in the view.

Beside the main home is the newly renovated, modern pavilion. This offers a further 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and a second kid’s bunk room, that sleeps 4 - 6. The pavilion also has its own kitchen, lounge, bathroom, pool table, dining area and a large deck to relax on and take in the lovely views. It also offers reverse cycle air-conditioning and a combustion wood heater.

Outside the home there are 10 acres to explore with many options for young and young at heart. Take a dip in the stunning 14m pool or enjoy a spa while taking in the beautiful sunset! Stroll through the pretty gardens, inspect the small vineyard, say hello to Thomas & Wilson the Scottish Highland steers, collect fresh eggs from the chicken coop or pick some fruit and vegetables from our garden.

The children will have fun in the very large and well-equipped cubby house that comes with its own TV, PS4 gaming, toys, books and toy kitchen. There is also a funky monkey play equipment set and an area for pétanque.

At night you can have a BBQ or use the extensive facilities of the two kitchens. There are multiple indoor and outdoor eating spots in the main home and pavilion. After dinner, sit by the outdoor fire pit, relax and take in the beautiful celestial display!

If you don’t feel like cooking at home, there are many great cafes and restaurants in Mudgee to explore. There are also a number of historical and picturesque towns to visit, including Gulgong, Rylstone and Kandos, all within a 40-minute drive.
