No wifi in our Retreat 50 for whole period of time Sent a number of email with no success
Issue with large gas hotplate which keep blowing it self out due to Air in gas Line reported on Monday evening
The maintenance person the next morning and said i never seem this before where you light the gas burner (large) then it blow itself out .
the maintance person said I not touch that
So Couldn't use the gas hotplate
the maintance stated there no issue with wifi even i shown him evidence
Which this evidence was sent by email
Only on the last night they findlay sent maintenance person back to our room
He continue said i don't need to come inside as have wifi
Note the wifi maintenance person was using was on a different wifi which was not for guess
I find got him inside and he then said you are right i can't connect
He then went saying i can give you the keys to retreat 51
I said i cant do that i have kids here and now findly on the last night you say i am right
I also said you have left myself and my family with safety fire gas issue
Because the bench top gas burner keep blowing out
He reply well the gas fiitter is coming Friday
Which i reply so i been with gas hotplates for all this time ( the whole period of booking stay
The spa swimming pool bubbles was not working which i informed Blue lake holiday park via email with no response
The double bed was terrible to sleep on Flat Hard and worse accommodation bed i ever sleep on
I want refund
