Our fully stocked kitchen has everything for home-cooked meals, plus a dining table, bar with stools, and a high-top table on the back deck—ideal for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or curling up with a book. Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, and paper towels are provided. Unwind with 3 smart TVs loaded with free shows and movies, plus fiber Wi-Fi for streaming or working!

Family-Friendly Features
We've thought of the little ones: kids' toys, board games, and activities for rainy days; a high chair and pack-n-play available. Safety first with baby gates at the top and bottom of stairs, plus mesh screens on banisters.

Beautiful backyard pond is a highlight—kayak (sit-on-top with life jacket provided), fish (bring your NC license for lake spots too), or roast s'mores at the fire pit. Fire up the charcoal grill (utensils needed; use the gravel area next to the deck). Bring bikes for 5 miles of scenic community roads, or park cars, trucks, UTVs, ATVs, or boats in the spacious driveway (note: boat ramp fee applies if using community boat launch—see the guard at the entrance for info).

House Rules & Pet Policy
Must be 25+ to book; all guests under 18 require a legal guardian present for the full stay. Max occupancy: 6 guests (including children 2+ years old). Pet-friendly for 2 dogs under 25lbs—we provide waste bags and an outdoor bin (for poop only). Please bring a kennel/crate for dogs to sleep in and stay while you're away (no dogs on beds). We'll request names for everyone on the reservation. Kindly respect the house manual, no driving on grass, and follow community guidelines.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not make beds if used. Pull sheets down. Place all used towels in the washing machine downstairs
Close and lock windows Ensure water faucets/tubs are turned off. Wash dirty dishes/place in dish washer to drain Please take trash to drop off by boat ramp Set Thermostats to 75 Degrees
Turn off all TV's and/or Appliances When leaving the house or when checking out, please lock the deckdoors and the front door by pressing"Yale" on the keypad to lock it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
