Several devices not working consistently. No cups or ice buckets in room. Loud neighbors. TV cut out often. Staff was friendly and helpful but management apparently cheap.

Do yourself a favor; stay literally anywhere else

Hard to summarize briefly: We booked Baymont only because other area hotels were full — a choice I deeply regret. The hotel was dimly lit and smelled of stale smoke upon arrival. Our room had a stale weed odor that hung in the warm air. The wall thermostat didn’t work, and the A/C unit cycled for 20 seconds, every few minutes without cooling the room. The toilet didn’t flush, and there was a plunger beside it — clearly a known issue. The shower had NO running water - NONE!! We couldn’t use the lobby restroom either as it was also out of order. After a rough night with thin walls in which we could hear every bodily function of our neighbor, we reported the issues in the morning. The front desk was passive and unhelpful, suggesting a room change only after check-out time. When we returned later the next staff member was completely unaware and patronizing. I took over 90 minutes for maintenance to replace the shower faucet and reset the A/C. Housekeeping never visited. Night two was much the same. The A/C still cycled inconsistently, and we barely slept again without a fan to drown the all-night noise from next door. Only on the final morning did the shower work — too little, too late. No apology, no compensation, and no real concern from staff. I seriously question if it’s even legal to rent out a hotel room without a working toilet or shower. Avoid this property at all costs — the photos don’t match reality, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish

The stay was okay for the price. The hallway smells terrible but my room was clean and odorless. Cleaning staff didn't come to my room for the 3-day period I was there, though. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are noisy when you have next-door neighbors, it was mostly silent at night because the rooms next to me were vacant. The area around the property doesn't feel super safe. Nothing happened but there seemed to be some homeless people around the area. Overall, it's worth the stay if you don't want to spend a whole lot of money and just want a place to sleep!

Wrong choice

The bathroom floor and tub have human hairs. The pillow smells like it hasn't been washed.. The website didnt say that the pool was under renovation when we booked.No microwave in the room. The breakfadt dudnt have any meat. Thin walls, you can hear noises: doors banging loudly. Not worth the $ paid for the stay.

They have a weird rule where to get new towels you have to bring your old ones to the front desk. However I asked them the day prior to fix the TV in my room and they never did that and I’m not talking about when you get there you have to put it on the right hdmi setting I’m telling the TV not turning on at all.

Not Great. Just a place to lay our heads!!

Sadly, this was one of the least appealing places we have ever stayed. No soap, no shampoo, no iron, no ironing board. Simply, just a place to lay your head. The bed, pillows & sheets felt and looked clean. The breakfast was very limited, and food could not be taken back your room. The litter around the hotel is terrible. We have a small 9 lb Shitzu, I always feel that we are getting the crap rooms when we have her with us, and honestly she is cleaner and more well behaved than most hotel guests!! Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Actually a run-down Best Western

This hotel is a Best Western with a ripped plastic sign covering the Best Western logo. Although it looked relatively clean, the entire hotel smelled like marijuana. A large group was staying the weekend we were there, and the hostess was not able to keep up with the continental breakfast and we had very little available to eat with 45 min until breakfast closed. The indoor pool was closed and FULL of items, I’m assuming from an upcoming renovation. Would not recommend.
