It was smelly and dirty. Lots of trash and "interesting people" in the parking lot. I see why they do unrefundable reservations. Regardless, I didn't stay the night and ate the loss.

Great value for a family trip

The hotel is undergoing renovations. Our rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly. There were a few dining options close by for dinner too.

The bedding was excellent and the pool was spotless! Also, the mattress was very comfortable. The only downside was that the carpeting in the room was filthy. My feet and socks would be brown after walking across the floor. The staff was working very hard there, so hopefully the carpeting will be cleaned soon.

The bedrooms were very clean; however, the customer service at the reception was not the best. The breakfast was one of my favorite parts—especially thanks to the professional older lady who was in charge. Overall, the hotel appeared to still be undergoing renovations.

We’ve arrived very late at night (4am) and a gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was simple but decent. We’ll stay there again.

Room was dirty it looks clean on the service but the carpets are dirty and you can feel it when you walk on it the same st the floor in the bathroom. The bath looks like it has never been washed. You can see there was a non slip mat in the bath at one stage and it is as if was never removed to be washed after guests. The wall around the bath also dirty. Overall won’t recommend to anyone.

The positive: The staff and the front desk were very nice. Negative: Unfortunately there was quite a bit of yelling and complaining and wall banging by what appeared to be a disgruntled employee/ or customer. The room was dark and the floors were dirty with “gunk” stuck on the carpet and on dresser. The wall in the bathroom was destroyed from what seemed to be water/sewage damage, looked moldy and black. I did check the beds and they seemed clean. I understand it is an inexpensive hotel, but basic maintenance and cleaning are a significant issue and should be noted.
