The bathroom sink was clogged. I let the host at the front desk know about it, and it was taken care of immediately. Other than that, our room was very warm and cozy, especially since it was cold outside. The daily breakfast was pretty descent and coffee was served all day. The staff was very friendly and the corridors of the hotel smelled so good. I would stay here again.

The entire hotel was in need of an update. The curtains were worn and torn, lampshades had holes, pictures had fallen off the wall, and the bathroom was not clean. Outside was discarded clothing and luggage. The only saving grace was the woman who checked us in. She was polite and offered us suggestions on local dining. We left before midnight.
