While people were nice, the hotel/room could use TLC. Why is peeling wallpaper and wall stains overlooked? Baseboards were dusty. Crumbs on floor of room. Sheet had what looked like old makeup stain. Towels are very thin.

The spotlight shining on the outdoor flag, shined directly into my window. It was so bright and the shade did next to nothing to help. Very poor design. Housekeeping was blasting their music right outside my door, that was marked “do not disturb” as I was napping since my room was lit up like a Christmas tree all night. Staff wasn’t anything to rave about, they didn’t even ask how my stay was. Otherwise the stay was what you’d expect from this type of hotel.

The bathroom was by far the worst . Paint peeling in the tub the walls dirty in the bathroom the room had an odd smell. The receptionist were very nice & welcoming.

When I went into my room I noticed right away that it was not very clean and it had a bad smell to it. There was dirt/dust on the floor and on some of the dressers/countertops. The walls were also dirty. Then when I went into the bathroom it was very dirty. The shower did not look like it was cleaned and there was a used wet washcloth hanging on top of the shampoo bottle. At that point, my husband went to the front desk and he told the two ladies who were working. All they said was "okay". They did not offer us a different room or anything. The next morning at check-out, I told the lady at the front desk that our room was very dirty and she said to contact management because it's a housekeeping issue. I am not expecting a hotel room to be perfect but for the rate of $300 that I paid for one night, I expect better!

Everything was great except sleeping. Mattress is poor and needed to switch rooms. When traveling, that is utmost of importance. Need better mattress. Staff very efficient and breakfast great. Not sure i would take another chance of staying again.
