Get to the hotel to check in had to wait about 4 mins while the front desk clerk finished playing his video game.check in about 8 mins later a bug crawls across the ceiling -I turn the light on another crawls out front desk came to verify he verified without a care in the world-at this point give me my money back sir im outta here now I have to wait up to 10 days for my $398 refund to go back on my card.

Room had recently been renovated and was quiet, comfortable, and reasonably priced. No complaints whatsoever. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with multiple options for food and drink and an attentive crew keeping it running. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.
