This place was disgusting but because we didn’t know that until we got there and didn’t have time to change locations before our family event in town we just stayed but it was awful. The people in the office are rude and condescending. Our room keys never worked so when returning to our room at 1 am we had to go get the office person to come let us in and it was freezing out so that was just ridiculous. When we got the the Ket didn’t work so I went back to the office and he put it in the machine again then it still didn’t work so I called him and ask him to bring keys that worked. They never did. Stopped in the office on the way out and he ignored my questions altogether. The room was gross and in serious need of remodel. Will never ever stay at a Red Roof or any affiliated hotels again. Worst experience ever. Oh and the people who “live” there have pets and leave their pet waste all over the grounds.

Dirty room, the walls and graffiti. broken front door lock, tub paint was peeling and LOADS OF ROACHES. The most Disgusting hotel ive stayed in.
