From check in to check out to the experience was subpar. The hotel was not ready for us to check in. After waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes with a kid and an infant and watching others get checked in a manager came out and checked us into a temporary room and then we had to move our things into the final room, ending up late to the event we came to town for. There weren’t enough towels in the hotel room, 3 towels for 4 people. The pool didn’t have towels both times we went. The towels at the pool were the size of 2 hand towels together. When we missed breakfast and he staff were cleaning up we were told breakfast was over but we could have “the scraps that the employees hadn’t picked through already “.
Worst experience with a Hilton Homewood Suites, a brand I’d typically prefer.
