The first room they gave me smelled so bad of curry that it was not livable. I was surprised that my room was never serviced when I stayed there. I have stayed at other residence inns and was always offered daily room service. Over all it was okay.

this Marriott location did not live to my expectation for what I believe Marriott quality should provide. these units were somewhat older rundown and in need of updating. perhaps time for Marriott to let this one go to another institution

The room was reasonably comfortable and the staff courteous. But the HVac system in the room was occasionally very loud even in the middle of the night. The bath faucet did not work, only the shower head. The exterior stairs and entrance are in need of upgrades.

We weren’t expecting this to be a nice place to stay, but we weren’t expecting to buy our own toilet paper either. If you’re considering this location as “value” I’d suggest you add $30-50 or so per night and look elsewhere. Note that this review in no way is a comment on the staff. They were all lovely. I assume ownership and the corporate bean counters are the problem.
